Question by samantha: How can I get out of an employee contract?
I’m working at Gymboree Play and Music Center and I’m on a one year contract. The hours I’m getting are bogus and I’m wasting more money on gas than I’m getting paid! Not to mention they’re extremely unorganized!!! I just don’t want to quit and have them take me to court or something. It wasn’t a lengthy contract at all. Just basically said they spend money and time training new employees and therefore we have to be there a year. Any ideas?

Either put up this for one year or get yourself fired. Maybe it would be best to get legal advice.
