Music is the most part of my life. I love all kinds of music esp. R&B and Jazz. I’d like to step into some music industry to experience some jobs to make basis in my career. I’d like to be A&R or something like that in the future. But i don’t know how. I hope someone is kind enough to give me answers…

If you are outside of the US, you will need one thing to be able to work in whatever industry in the US — a work visa. And to get a work visa, you need to find an employer who will sponsor you.

Find an employer, and then convince that employer to sponsor you. However, note that sponsoring a non-US citizen to work in the US entails expenses for the employer, so it cannot be just for a “simple job” that the employer can find an employee without going through the legal hoops of immigration
