How can I contact a network executive to pitch a TV series idea to them?

Question by Windom Earle: How can I contact a network executive to pitch a TV series idea to them?
I have what I think is a great idea for a TV show, and I think they will feel the same way. The idea is to have three judges go across the country, seeking the next big pop music superstar. Two of the judges will be nice but honest, and one of the judges will be brash, rude, and elitist yet honest. Maybe a snarky Brit to make him seem edgier.

Every week, the contestants would sing songs already made popular by established artists in a karaoke style, in front of a live studio audience. At the end of the show, viewers could call in and vote for their favorite singer that week. The next night, the person with the fewest votes would get sent home, until there was only one left standing. The eventual winner would get a major recording contract, while the top 10 or 12 finalists would tour the country together.

Quite honestly, I think this is a BRILLIANT, can’t-miss idea, and I’m certain I will make lots of money, as no show out there is quite like it. If you could tell me how I could contact the networks, I would appreciate it.

(Please don’t steal my idea, or I will sue you.)
