Question by 1001788: How can I buy an iPhone 4 without AT&T Contract?
I am planning to use it without doing any phone calls, just buy it as an upgrade for iPod Touch (with musics, videos, wifi, mail, games, and other stuffs)

Most likely sites, like Craigslist, Ebay and such, would be your best bet, even though for the prices some people are selling them for, you may as well buy them at your local apple or at&t store.
