Hedley – For the nights I can’t remember (2007)
From the band’s ‘Famous Last Words’ album, ‘For the nights I can’t remember’ peaked at #6 on Canadian charts in 2007. Love the song, and heard it many times on our radio station and Much Music videos before buying it 🙂 This song is my second favorite Hedley song, next to ‘Never too late’ (a song from the same album, which peaked at #4 the same year) Being this is a love ♥ song, I was going to make a romantic video to go with it… but I came up with many great band pics. So instead of a romance, its a love ♥ for their fans band pics, humanitarian efforts in Kenya, contributing to a BC park, and other shots with television’s ‘Much Music’ station. The album ‘Famous Last Words’ reached #3 and is certified platinum. This is the band’s 2nd album, going platinum within 10 days after its release. The lead singer Jacob Hoggard is also a winning contestant on the reality TV series music program ‘Canadian Idol’ (2004) which preceded the band’s success in the years since. Hedley have been nominated for several Junos – winning in various categories with MM for this song.. info below.. “Hedley was nominated for four 2007 Juno Awards.
