(AP:HONOLULU) About 500 people, including many of Hawaii’s political and business heavyweights, attended a groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday on the city’s planned $ 5.5 billion commuter rail line that will eventually connect the fast-growing West Oahu region to the heart of Honolulu.
