Question by iceyblue62093: Going to Proscout in April in Los Angeles!?
Ok well; I auditioned for Proscout in Spetember/October (one of the two). And I made it. And Doug (one of the people that I interviewed with) said I would do really well there. And also there was this other guy there can’t remember his name but he was taken digital photos of people (I was one of those people) and when I handed him my resume he said it was almost as long as his. And please don’t say it’s a scam I know a lot of you guys say it is but to me it isn’t. Where and when do you get to audition for 30 top agencies, managers, producers all at once?.. I mean seriously. It would take you years to be able to do that. I wsan’t able to go this december because something came up and I couldn’t go anymore. But now both parent’s say I could go. Do you think I would do well there? Below I’m gunna put whats on my resume right now:

Cold Chill (remake) Trisha Milton
CSI Las Vagas (remake) Sara Sidle

episode 5 of “BOOM!” Lead
episode 4 of “BOOM!” Lead
episode 3 of “BOOM!” Lead
episode 2 of “BOOM!” Lead
Pilot episode of “BOOM!” Lead

Alice in Wonderland Duchess (Principal)
The Nutcracker Snow Queen
Training

So what I was wondering was do you think I have a chance at getting a callback. Because the guy Doug invited me back again himself a few weeks later since I couldn’t do Proscout in December (he actually talked to my mom). So do you think I would get any callbacks at all from the agencies?… Also what was it like. I am also 17 years old. (and a girl) And please don’t say it’s a scam. Thank you

For television you wouldn’t list every single episode – it should just say “Boom” Lead (Episodes 1-9). But what is the character’s name? You don’t just put “Lead” unless the lead character doesn’t have a name.
For independent film, if these were school projects they don’t count. And a CSI remake should not be listed unless the producer had legally acquired the rights to use the CSI name/logo and character names.
And I don’t see anything under Theatre that looks relevant. By “soloist” that would mean you were either a dancer or musician, NOT an actor. You should be listing your speaking roles unless you are auditioning for dance jobs.
Whether you get a callback depends on how well you perform on stage, not your resume. There are going to be at least 500 people attending and maybe 5 will get callbacks. So if you are 100% convinced you are the best actor there, you might get a callback
