Question by Kendra: Full Sail University Student?
Hello,
My name is LaKendra I am currently enrolled at Full Sail University. I am taking a course this month called Introduction to Management and we have an interview assignment where we interview someone who is currently in the field we want to be in when we graduate. I am currently looking to interview music producers, recording artist, or anyone currently in the music industry. If you are interested I took the time out to give you some question as a outline of what I would be asking. If your interested you could email your answers to me at kendrapearson@me.com
1. What is your job title and where do you fit into the organization?
2. What was your career path to this position?
3. What are the core responsibilities of your position?
2. What are the most critical skills a manager needs to succeed in today’s business
climate?
3. What important trends have you identified in your industry? How have these trends
impacted your business? Have you changed the way you do business and if so, what has
changed?
4. In my Introduction to Management class we study planning, organizing, leading and
controlling, problem solving processes, decision-making and delegating as well as
motivating, influencing, communicating and managing conflict. What do you consider
the most important qualities for a supervisor?
Thanks LaKendra Pearson

Full Sail is a trade school pretending to be a university. It does not have regional accreditation. Your Full Sail “degree” will not be recognized, and many employers will throw your job application directly in the trash.
You need to leave Full Sail and attend a real, accredited, university, unless you like wasting your time and your parents’ tuition money.
