Does anyone know anywhere i could get some airplay or promotion maybe an interview sumthin thats for sure that does underground hip-hop online or local radio station whatever got a project coming up and i need some promotion kinda hard in my area check out my music and tell me what you think.

Very few radio stations will play unsigned artists. Maybe you should try to get signed first or see if there are any college stations near you.
