DO NOT give up part of your company to an attorney! Find a good business adviser that can do it all for you. I work with an ex-IRS agent as my business adviser/CPA. He got my S Corp papers filed in 5 days, and does everything for me at a portion of the cost of an attorney. Ask around – don’t go with the first person that wants a part of your business that you will work so hard to start!
