Question by Zoheidy: For college students in NY.?
So basically I am applying to college in a few months and wanted to know if SUNY Oneonta’s music industry program is a good way to make contacts into the industry. Oneonta is about 4 hrs from NYC and I fear that if I go to a school outside the city, I wont have contacts like NYU Music Business students might have. What do you guys think? Is SUNY Oneonta a good school for this? Should I just stick to finding schools in NYC only? Thanks.

I think that you would be wise to remain in NYC or its immediate area./
