Published January 26, 2011
Question by ibkid i: Does my Nevada LLC have to have a business address in Nevada?
I recently formed a Nevada LLC and ofcourse have a registered agent address in Nevada, as this is the requirement to form. However, does my business address have to also be in Nevada? The business address (california) is where I am getting my mails, is what goes on insurance contract, etc.

No, your business address can be anywhere you choose but with the new rules in effect recently with the sales tax issue, you may want to check with an attorney.
