Depends on what your looking for, if you fancy touring with a band get started by offering to help out local unsigned bands. If you’d prefer working at a record company offer to do some free work experiance and see where that leads. Dont know of any specific web sites but check out trade publications, in the UK we have something called ‘Music Week’ which has job adverts sure the US has something similar. Usually you will find that record labels use specific recruitment agencies, called up labels Human Resource departments and ask who they use and get your self registered. Good Luck
