Does a signed agreement for a contract killing have to be notarized?

Question by Hugh Manatee: Does a signed agreement for a contract killing have to be notarized?

This is a joke of course, but a woman who was captured on police video tape did ask the police undercover agent who was posing as a hit man for an actual signed contract. She had heard the term “contract killing” and thought that it included a real contract. She was arrested and sent to prison. Her husband is still alive, fortunately. I think their marriage was on shaky ground.

No. The contracted killer provides his OWN form of protection “guarantee.”
