Do you know any great self-publishing sheet music websites?

Question by Adam C: Do you know any great self-publishing sheet music websites?
I know there have already been a few questions like this already, but I need to be specific. I need to find a website that will allow me to upload sheet music files, design a cover, print them as a physical sheet music book, and distribute it to music shops for the public to buy. Lulu.com, for example, does exactly this, but for other types of books. I don’t want my music available as a download.

Any ideas?
