It’s like any other company. The executives make the big salaries, sales reps do very well. Others get the prevailing wage for the job.

I’ve know a few people that work for Fender and I don’t believe the salaries are fabulous.

I live in Maryland not far from Paul Reed Smith guitars. Their assemblers and sanders start around $ 10 per hour. I expect that’s near the industry standard.
