Do colleges have instument oriented classes?
Published April 1, 2011
Question by Chris: Do colleges have instument oriented classes?
I started playing guitar about 4 months ago and Im majoring in business next year. I have alot of AP credits so I wanted to take some sort of music theory type class if they offer it. Would a big public school offer some sort of guitar based music course or is it strictly music theory?

It depends on the college you attend. However, I think most college have both music theory classes and class that teach how to play musical instruments.
