Dauda Baako a musician entered into a contract with Baba Musa to perform at Baba Musa’s wedding ceremony?
Published October 22, 2010
Question by abena: Dauda Baako a musician entered into a contract with Baba Musa to perform at Baba Musa’s wedding ceremony?
for a fee of ¢200,000. Unfortunately a day to the wedding the bride to be, Baby High, broke her engagement with Baba Musa and left the country.
Dauda Baako insists that he should be paid the contract sum of ¢200,000. As the cancellation of the ceremony was not his fault and, is contemplating legal action to recover the ¢200.000.
Advise Dauda Baako.

Sounds fair to me. People wouldn’t stay in Business very long , if they put aside a day to perform and it is too late to get another gig.
