Controlling sweating on stage?
Published February 28, 2011
Question by SoccerLuvver: Controlling sweating on stage?
I am an aspiring musician, and I write and perform my own songs. I have an EP contract and am doing a small tour of the southeast, opening for some startup bands. Its nothing major, but I’m still really excited:) Anyways It starts mid-August, and many of the arenas are outdoor, and it will still be hot out. I’ll be running around and jumping and all that, so I’m going to sweat, a LOT. Any advice?

Try ionized water. And load up on it one hour before.
And if you sing, try chewing gum during the show to digest the water
