Minor Singer/Vocalist name: _________________________________________ (Print Name) Instruments Played During Gig: ______________________________________ Parent/Guardian: _________________________________________________ Band/Group name: _________________________________________________ Band/Group Manager: _____________________________________________ This Agreement is between the above named and below signed independent Minor Singer/Vocalist, (hereafter called the “Minor Singer/Vocalist”), as agreed by the above named and below signed Parent/Guardian, with the above named and below signed Band/Group/Manager (hereafter called the “Employer”). 1. The Minor Singer/Vocalist agrees to maintain the confidential nature of any and all matters relating to the Gigs and not at any time to take any unauthorized photographs, nor video, by any and all electronic or mechanical means, nor audio recording, by any and all electronic or mechanical means, nor to pass on nor to release to any person any information, photographs, videos, nor audio recordings nor things coming into her/his possession which relate to the Gigs. 2. The Minor Singer/Vocalist represents that she/he is free to enter into this Agreement, and that this engagement does not violate the terms of any Agreement between the Minor Singer/Vocalist and any Third Party. During the term of this Agreement, the Minor Singer/Vocalist shall devote as much time, energy and ability as is necessary to perform the required duties in a timely and productive manner. 9.
