Recording Manufacturing Company Contract

As an independent artist/singer/vocalist, independent band or independent musician you will possess Master Recordings that you will want pressed and distributed. The recording manufacturing company manages and coordinates the production, manufacture, distribution, promotion, and enforcement of copyright protection of sound recordings and music videos for and on behalf of recording artists and their managers.

This comprehensive music contract has the following clauses amongst others: copyright ownership, confidentiality, licensing agreements, manufacturing and distribution rights, compensation, distribution territory and reversion clause.

This legal music contract between the independent Artist and the Recording Manufacturing Company is drafted in plain English that is easy to read and comprehend.
