As an independent band, independent singer or independent musician you will have Master Recordings from your studio or live performances that you will want to have airplay on the radio, satellite or internet by a Broadcaster. Your visit may include a performance.

This six page, twelve clause legal music contract includes but is not limited to the following music contract Clauses; broadcast right, suitable airplay material, promotion, compensation, and reversion rights.

The music contract Form of this music contract grants the Rights to the broadcast while the Performer retains any and all Rights to the content. This music contract Form will be used for the promotional visit to a radio broadcast for a one time talk appearance.

This music contract Broadcast Recording Agreement is drafted in plain English that is easy to read and comprehend. The music contract Agreement may be filled in on your computer or printed out and filled in later.

There are four Forms of this music contract Agreement. The first music contract Agreement Royalties are earned for the artist's performance. The second music contract Agreement is the short form. The third music contract Agreement there is no compensation for the artist's performance. The fourth music contract Agreement there is a one time compensation/payment for the artist's performance.
