The independent Entertainer may desire the advice and counsel of a Personal Manager. The Personal Manager may advise on matters such as, but not limited to: musical selection, costumes sets, stage arrangements, mood, setting business etc.
This is an extensive music legal contract including but now limited to the following clauses: confidentiality, personal manager’s duties and obligations, compensation, drugs and alcohol, and arbitration.
This Agreement between the independent Entertainer and the Personal Manager is drafted in plain English that is easy to read and comprehend. The Agreement may be filled in on your computer or printed out and filled in later. Your Lawyer will draft any and all other clauses for your Project’s unique situations and circumstances.

There are four forms of this Agreement. There are two forms for minors (performers who have not yet reached the age-of-majority). The minor contracts include a Parental/Guardian signature. There is an exclusive management contract where the manager handles only one performer. The non-exclusive management the manager handles two or more performers. The other two exclusive or non-exclusive management agreements for those performers over the age of majority.
