I have a fashion idea and I want to team up with the music industry. Do I need to contact singers and rappers to use a song or talk to producers?

You can’t just call up a random rapper or producer, give them an idea, and think your going to become famous. Its not that easy. If you are already signed on with a music company or if you are working with a rapper then you can give them an idea. Fxcking dumba-s-s ….
