Can you sell your music?
Published November 21, 2010
Question by United States Marine: Can you sell your music?
Can you sell MP3 songs online from a CD you bought?
I saw this guy doing it the other day and I wasn’t sure if it was legal.
If it is illegal, do I have to report him or will the guy get caught?
Thanks,
Sempers.

Answer by Doctor Deth
if it is not HIS music that he created, sang, wrote, then it is ILLEGAL and he is in major violation of the US copyright act and can be fined up to $ 250,000 per incident and get up to 5 yrs in jail for each incident of theft
you would have to be able to prove he made any money and actually sold any of that music
