My buddy wants to sell me his iphone for real cheap, but i have Tmobile. Im thinking about buying the Iphone and just using it for music. Can i do this? Also, does the Iphone have wifi? Could i use the internet as well without having a contract?

Yes… you might have to jailbreak it to get past the activation screen though
