Well, I tried to search for online shops selling merchandise and photos of my fave band. But I haven’t found a single site. So I was planning of getting their photos online, print and sell it to fans. But I would love to indicate in whatever product I’ll be selling that my products are only fan-based and not official. Will that be alright….? thank you in advance for answering.^_________^)

No, you can’t.
Just because it’s fan-based, it doesn’t mean you are okay.
It’s illegal to take peoples photos and sell them.
Look on their website. Look on eBay.
Go to their shows, buy their things. If you can’t, you shouldn’t sell them, not even then.
