Question by bugstiger2002: Can a contract be binding if there was only a advertising from a banner?
Does someone have the right to advertise from a banner telling someone that they will win $ 5000.00 if they swim from here to there? Does the offerer have the right to revoke that offer before the performance was finished? What would you call these if there was a contract?

Yes, such an offer can be enforcable, if it was reasonably relied on and someone took up the challenge.
