Even though a record label contract does not specifically give the Artist the right of assignment, as a matter of law Artist’s right to receive Company’s performance of at least one duty under this agreement may be assigned by Artist to a third party. Identify one of artist’s rights under the agreement that Artist may assign even though the contract does not specifically give artist the right of assignment?

it a so so , depending on the Individuel contract… Some re cored company’s, Do.. yet other re cored coping’s do not. Usely It a $ 0.05 cent per copy cut is the industry slandered. the go to the mass plus volume sale’s. The first thing get the contract in writing.
