Business Development through Government Contracts (Prog 2)
This program describes the Five-Phase Approach to develop business opportunities with Federal Gov’t and National Laboratories. It’s unique in that it describes how Gov’t develops requirements into the solicitation you are about to bid and how your proposal is evaluated. It also describes what you, in your company, do to market and pre-position yourself for an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP). We then describe what occurs to develop a WINning Proposal to secure the work, and what occurs after your proposal is submitted to Gov’t. Your hard work may be over, but there is still lots to do.
