Best Music Quality Cell Phone?

I’ll soon start an account with either Verizon or AT&T/Cingular. What cell phone’s speakerphone will offer the best quality when playing music? I don’t care for other features as all I need is a contact list, date/time, and caller ID, which any phone will have nowadays. I’m looking for a phone that I can either get for free or for less than $ 50 when I sign up for a 2-year contract, which means no iPhone.

Sony ericsson walkman phones are good for sound ive had loads of them , and i’m always listening to music.
i personally think these are the best phones for music and are a decent price too.
