I always see people say _______ is a top ________ producer and I don’t get it… I mean in most other genres, the most famous and mainstream producers are the best because they have the most money to work with and they make stuff sound good but they’re not really part of creating the music, they just work with the quality and the ambiance. Hip-hop producers, on the other hand, create all the beats. So when people say _________ is the best producer, what criterion makes a producer good? Is it just good beats? DJ Khaled makes some great beats, but everybody hates him (granted, he yells WE THE BEST on all his songs, which ruins them, but beats like We Takin’ Over and that song he did with BTNH are undeniably good).

Heres some things that factor into becoming a great producer.
1. Making rappers sound good
2. Making Quality albums
3. Being innovative in the way they do it
4. Changing the game
5. Influencing future producers
