Either way, surely someone is pulling something on someone here. “Sometimes all your dreams come true, other times you make a video like this and find out the statement ‘anything is possible’ is a warning,” J. Roddy Walston tells Spinner. “The day we spent making this thing was the kind of experience that makes you look every gift horse in the mouth and ask it for a full storyboard treatment.” Fair enough. Considering that it was directed by Benjamin Gauvain Hoste, the man responsible for charmingly quirky videos by Henry Clay People and Manhattan Murder Mystery among others, of course it’s gonna be strange. But a video like this may have you wondering if J.
