when both famous and non famous bands/singers play live do they get to choose what songs they play(live) or is it the music producers(or whoever) choice ????? (australia laws )

its almost always the bands choice. Ive been a record producer/manager to many world known acts for a long time. the only time you make them play a certain few songs is if they just released a new album and you want them to promote those songs from that album. but you hardly have to tell them that because they allready know.
