The band-aid had been there for 12 or more hours. No visible blood, just a small faint tan spot. The problem? I didn’t notice a small cut on my finger till after I had picked it up. What are my chances of contracting HIV? HEP B? Etc…

the chances of contracting it are very small. You mentioned that you had a small cut on your finger, but that may have happened afterward or (in the case of it being there before hand) it most likely had sealed up before you touched it. if you are still worried you can go get a blood sample but the chances of you contracting a virus isn’t high.
