Sometimes record labels post open positions on craigslist. Of course you could also look at the Careers or Jobs section of the label you are interested in.

Another thought is to try and get in through a temp agency. Your best bet is probably to look at temp agencies in Burbank as they are well connected with the major media companies in the area.
