Hey everyone out there,
I’m in a law course and I have a project that requires me to analyze a current sports business contract;
You will choose a sports business contract situation that will require you to research, analyze and make recommendations regarding the business and legal objectives that must be achieved in contract negotiations with the opposite contracting party in order for a successful business alliance to be formed. This could be a sports sponsorship, endorsement, event or merchandising situation. This could be based upon a business plan that you have developed or a project that you have completed in another sports business class.
