a standard contract for a independent contractor?
Published March 26, 2011
Question by **leigh**: a standard contract for a independent contractor?
my husband and I may be hiring someone on a “per job” basis…. to draw some designs for us. I understand the tax situation- with the 1099 and all- but where can I find a generic template or sample contract for someone designing something for you?

There are actually too many to take a look at online, so I simply included a lonk (below) to one of the more frequently used and credible web sites that offer templates for a variety of contact needs.
Also, Staples and OfficeMax, and similar stores have these forms to purchase from their stores.
Good luck!
