I wanted to build a website and use a song, I really like, for the webpage. I’m worried about getting into trouble for using the song without permission. I tried contacting the artist’s management for permission but got ignored everytime. I read somewhere that you may use a sample of a song as long as it doesn’t go over 30 seconds. Can anyone help with this matter? Is there some kind of loophole…to where I can use this song without getting in trouble?? PLEASE HELP. Thank you so much
