Where can a small business find lighting/property maintenance contracts?

Question by MB: Where can a small business find lighting/property maintenance contracts?
We just started a small lighting/property maintenance company and are looking to find some interior lighting projects (re-lamping, retrofitting, pole lights) in the greater Atlanta area and/or throughout Georgia, NC, SC, TN, and AL. We’re not looking for anything big as we want to stay a small local company but still find good business. Anybody know where we may be able to look for lighting or property maintenance projects?

help them find you. It’s easier to get buyers to come to you. Google, direct mail, email etc
