when i plug my shuffle in i was told to follow the steps. i plug it in and the ipod software license agreement comes up/ i must tick the check box and agree to the license. then i press save. after this nothing else happens so what am i suppose to do? as i cannot put music on it until afer this step!! please help me! i cannot figure this out
