I just want to see if this makes good sense to those of you out there.
I have wanted to be in the music business since before jackholes like Justin Bieber made it that much of a joke (bless the boy, what would real musicians commiserate about without the likes of him).
Anyway, I have some experiences playing a variety instruments, including the flute/recorder, the cello, the viola, the trumpet, and I am currently a self-taught guitarist and pianist. I can sing, I can rap, and I can write very good songs/lyrics.
What I want to do is as soon as it makes sense I’m going to get into a college for music production and become and excellent producer, produce my own record, and either release myself or shop it around.
The trouble is that I’ve still got another year of high school and probably something like two years of college doing required courses before I can get to any of that.
So I’m just waiting around. I’m too antisocial to form a band, so this is my plan.
