I have a great idea for a company but I can’t build it (website). I found a co-founder who has exactly what I don’t have which is back end development experience.

We have a contractor (my fiance) who is doing the front end design. I want to give her a contract agreement that she can sign and I want to make both of them sign an NDA. Finally, I want to give myself and my co-founder signed documentation that has shares of the company even though the company doesn’t legally exist yet. Some kind of paper commitment to one another. Where do I get these forms? Are there templates?
