Contract talks extended, no cable TV interruption
Time Warner Cable Inc. and Sinclair Broadcast Group announced late Saturday they had reached an agreement to extend a midnight Friday deadline for a new contract until Jan. 14, averting an interruption of some programming to Time Warner customers that carry Sinclair stations.
