Toshiba gigabeat needs reformatting?

Question by Curious A: Toshiba gigabeat needs reformatting?
I have a 30gb gigabeat. When I try to play music, the player is saying “the item is missing or cannot be played.” Thinking I just needed to sync with napster, I connected it. Napster message says: Your Toshiba gigabeast S needs to be reformatted because your digital right management software has become corrupted.

No idea how to reformat…thoughts? thanks in advance!
