Question by Kat: does anyone know where online i can pull up a sperm donor contract template?
My wife and i have a friend who is willing to give us the greatest gift of all… a child!!! we are looking for a donor contract that i can pull up online …print out and insert our name where needed. We of course will be taking it to a lawyer to finalise it all but i cant seem to find the template that i once had.
