I am a 16 year old female and I am mostly interested in becoming a music producer. I want to know what kind of experience I need, what kind of college course should I take to get to that step, and how should I look for a good job after college. Also if my dream of becoming a big music producer doesn’t work out well, what other kind of jobs are there in the music business? Like working backstage at concerts with people or on tour, anything like that. Also how well do producers get paid.
