My CRAIG 512MB MP3 Player Model # CMP168C hooks up into the USB hub. I have downloaded the Music Management Software(MMS) to the computer. When I have it hooked up, the MP3 says READY, but the computer says that it is Off-line. I have Windows ME, so is my operating system to old for the player, or is there something else wrong? The MP3 works just fine, but the computer doesn’t read it. Please tell me what could be wrong, because I got it LAST CHRISTMAS and it hasn’t worked since.

Try updating the drivers, try it on anther computer that isn’t running ME if it works then you know that it’s not compatible with ME
