Can an agreement through email be legally binding?

Question by that dude: Can an agreement through email be legally binding?
Got a question I am a promoter, and was asked to send an offer for an artist. When I submitted the offer for the artist, it was accepted. But no contract was sent/signed; a few days later the manager explained that they where under the impression that it was just for an appearance. When the offer clearly shows appearance time ad performance time, once we said it was for both the price went up almost double. They explained why and what happen and we agreed. After a week of asking for a new contract, once we get it the price is not what we agreed on, it’s double the original offer.

My question is this since it’s a business and the information came from a register email is the original offer legally binding?
Thank you…
I am in Las Vegas, NV
