Music business degree? Concert management?

I want to have a career related to concert promotion or music management of some kind. Is there a really good degree/school for this type of work? Or is it all real life experience?

I want to do the same kind of thing and have been looking at a few schools. I think Columbia College Chicago sounds amazing. They have music business and live entertainment for majors (I think it’s a Bachelor of Arts degree) and it’s an arts school. I know a couple people who go there (for theatre, not music) and they love it.
NYU has music business as an area of study at the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development.
Also, Berklee College of Music (in Boston) is an excellent school. They have a music business/management major.
